The biggest share of subsidies go to the biggest farmers! The smaller and mid-size farmers are the ones with off-farm income.

How can you substantiate that? I mean, of course a larger farm is going to have more subsidies because, well, they have a bigger share of the risks. But small and mid-sized farmers can get them too.
